"Google Maps", "Google Earth" Microsoft's "maps.live" and "Multimap.com" all use the same satellite photos for the Eldoret area (at the time of writing this - Apr 07). Here is a link to the Google Maps picture. Eldoret is just off screen at top left. The new Eldoret airport is on the left of the screen. Kaptagat is about in the centre, but there isn't really enough definition to pick out the roads and buildings. If you let Google Maps show you the road map on top of the satellite picture, you get a clue, but you can also see that the road map is somewhat adrift from the actual picture, and it puts the label "Kaptagat" at the cross-roads near Plateau where you turn left to Kaptagat driving from Eldoret.
